LOCATION:
The property is situated at about 400 meters above sea level and located on the axis of the antique Via dei Cortonesi (by now not accessible anymore), used by the farmers to bring the wheat to grind in the several mills, populating the waterway growing out of the thermal spring of Sarteanoswimming pool and reaching the valley of the Astrone river.
